To be closer to the needs of our customers, Rogerreeds staff has adopted a replacement program if the product purchased does not represent the correct hardness match.

Below we list the steps you need to get the reed change:

- send at your own expense, to the sender's address, within 7 days of receipt of the goods (in some cases reference is made to the mail request)

- the reed must be complete with its original packaging (there is no need to return the information material or any free gadgets)

- attach a sheet with the reasons for the replacement (technical and not aesthetic reasons)

- mail address for any communications from our technical manager

- insert € 3.00 for the new shipment if made in the Italian territory, € 5.00 for shipping in Europe, € 7.00 for shipping in the Americas.
